Perry Creek Capital is a high quality, long-term investor managing a $1.5 billion private equity fund focused on financial services and other industries. The fund’s investors include the endowments of leading private and public U.S. universities, charitable foundations and other institutional investors as well as the fund’s managers.

Perry Creek’s managing partners previously worked at Reservoir Capital Group, where they led successful investments in the insurance industry and particularly in redeveloping insurance companies through substantial growth and regaining financial strength.

Our Leaders

Brian Zingale

Brian Zingale is responsible for investments in the insurance industry. Brian began his career at Lehman Brothers as in the mergers and acquisitions department focusing on the power and utilities industry. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics.

Adeel Qalbani

Adeel Qalbani is Brian’s co-managing partner at Perry Creek. Adeel began his career at Reservoir. He graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Economics and also from University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar, with a master’s degree in Economics.

Gregory Clapp

Greg Clapp assists Perry Creek with investments in the insurance industry. He has been a leader in the industry for over 25 years. Greg cofounded FC Capital in 2012 & lead it from start-up to success. Prior to FCC, Greg was a senior investment banker leading teams providing strategic advise to boards & management teams in the insurance industry on mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity capital raising, corporate restructuring, notings and conversions.
